JILIPARK Bank TransferBank Transfer is a Philippine payment rail — regulation: Governed here by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas through the National Retail Payment System framework, a creation of Circular No. 980.
JILIPARK GCashGCash is a Philippine payment rail — regulation: Licensed by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas to operate as an Electronic Money Issuer.
JILIPARK GrabPayGrabPay is a Philippine payment rail — regulation: An Electronic Money Issuer licence issued in 2018 by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas remains in force.
JILIPARK MayaMaya is a Philippine payment rail — regulation: Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas grants it Electronic Money Issuer status alongside registration as an Operator of Payment System.

Philippine payment rails are the subject of these pages, covering who operates them, what licence category they hold, and what they publish on limits, fees and settlement. Payment figures get copied from one affiliate site to the next with unusual carelessness, so every number here comes either from the provider’s own domain or from a Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas document.

With 4 pages in all, every one deals with a single entry and none summarises several. The entry’s own page says who would have had to publish any field above that reads “not published”.

Each entry in a paragraph

Each gets just enough detail to show which page deserves opening.

GCash, in detail

Operator: G-Xchange, Inc. operates as a Mynt company, with Mynt formed jointly by Globe Fintech Innovations and Ayala Corporation.

Published limit: At the Fully Verified level, the cap comes to PHP 100,000, measured at any given moment.

On gambling: Nowhere in GCash’s own terms and conditions do gambling merchants face a blanket ban; the closest thing on the books targets pyramid and Ponzi schemes.

Maya, in detail

Operator: Maya Philippines, Inc. succeeded PayMaya Philippines, itself a successor to Smart Money.

Published limit: Basic accounts cap out at PHP 50,000 monthly, Upgraded at PHP 100,000, Super Users at PHP 500,000, and Ultimate Users at PHP 5,000,000.

On gambling: Nothing about gambling shows up in Maya’s e-wallet terms and conditions once read directly; what’s there are general bans on illegal activity and anti-money-laundering breaches.

GrabPay explained

Operator: Grab’s e-money issuance in the Philippines runs through the licensed entity GPay Network Philippines, Inc.

Published limit: Restricted wallets get by on just PHP 10,000 monthly, Standard Consumer wallets climb to PHP 100,000, and driver or merchant wallets go as high as PHP 250,000.

On gambling: Among the Philippine e-wallets under review, none is clearer on gambling than this one, whose position is outright prohibition.

Bank Transfer, in detail

Operator: Both clearing houses sit under Philippine Payments Management, Inc., regulated by BSP, though the transfers get carried out individually by BSP-supervised banks and e-money issuers.

Because the concept of a wallet limit does not apply to this rail, the field reads not applicable and is not left empty.

On gambling transactions, Bank Transfer has not published any position. Permission is not what that amounts to: merchant-category rules often get applied without being published, so a payment may be declined even though no public rule exists.

Check payment methods details inside the game itself

On a site like this, payment figures go out of date faster than anything else. Each takes only a couple of minutes to recheck:

  1. Go to the provider’s own help centre and skip comparison pages. All three of GCash, Maya and Grab post their limits and terms on domains of their own, and each has revised them within the past two years.
  2. Work out the tier that a quoted limit refers to. A new account sits on the bottom tier, yet nearly every wallet figure you will see is the top-tier number quoted as if it applied to one.
  3. Where InstaPay and PESONet are concerned, the BSP FAQ PDFs are the place to go, not a bank. At scheme level are set the per-transaction cap and the question of who pays the fee, while a bank’s own page describes only its own charges.
  4. On anything touching gambling and payments, read the provider’s whole acceptable use policy. No provider here states its position more clearly than GrabPay does, and the prohibition sits in its terms of service instead of a help article.
  5. Regard each figure across these pages as dated September 2026. This is why each page names its source.

The thing most often got wrong here

No wallet limit boils down to one number you can compare. Where GCash publishes a ceiling on the balance held at any one time, Maya publishes a monthly total. They measure different things, so side-by-side tables listing PHP 100,000 beside PHP 100,000 as if equal are really comparing a bucket with a tap.

Which of the two it quotes is stated on each page. One kind of limit is reached by holding money, the other by moving it, and no table layout can reconcile the two.

Using these payment methods at JILIPARK

  1. Once you have signed in on JILIPARK, the cashier is the next place to open.
  2. Choose from the methods that your account’s cashier lists, and read the limits it displays.
  3. Make sure the name on your JILIPARK account matches the name on your bank or wallet.
  4. Until the balance updates, hold on to the reference number, and make sure you have confirmed the amount.

FAQ

Is there a rail among these that has put out a stated position on gambling transactions?

GCash, Maya, GrabPay. The most obvious case is GrabPay, and it is an outright ban: casino games and sports betting are barred by its own acceptable use policy, unless the activity is registered with the relevant government agency.

For what reason does every page here leave out a deposit minimum?

Because a deposit minimum is set by the operator's cashier, not by the payment rail, and no JILIPARK cashier was checked during research. Putting a number in that space would mean making one up.

Are these figures current?

Recorded in September 2026, they capture a single snapshot. Limits and fees get revised by payment providers with no notice, so every page names the provider page that supplied the figure, letting you recheck it.

Is GCash a way of putting money into a casino account?

No blanket ban on gambling merchants appears in GCash's own terms, yet in August 2025 BSP ordered all supervised institutions to remove in-app gambling links, and GCash has blocked thousands of merchants that abused its QR system. Neither way does any of this count as a published statement on a licensed casino's cashier, and this site does not provide one.

What sets GrabPay apart in how it is handled, compared with the other wallets here?

The reason is that its own terms of service are the only ones containing an explicit gambling prohibition. What GrabPay publishes about itself would be contradicted by any claim to readers that it is a simple way to fund a casino account.

How are InstaPay and PESONet different?

A rail that never closes, InstaPay settles in real time and limits each personal transfer to PHP 50,000. No cap applies across the whole scheme for PESONet, which clears in batches on banking days. Usually it is the amount that determines which one handles a transfer, as larger sums are pushed onto PESONet by InstaPay's ceiling.
