JILIPARK Forgot Password: Three Causes and Their Fixes

JILIPARK forgot password: what the reset form asks for
Press Forgot Password on the Login tab and the lobby opens a box titled Retrieve your password. On 1 October 2026 it held these items.

Read the next screen the lobby shows after OK, because anything beyond the dialog sits behind your account. If the reset works, return to the sign-in steps on the JILIPARK login page.
Cause one: the account has no e-mail on file
The sign-up form collects a username, password, confirmation, mobile number and captcha, and no e-mail. An account that never gained an e-mail in the member centre gives the reset form nothing to match.
The reset asks for an e-mail and you never added one
Open Live Support on desktop, or Customer Service in the phone menu. In its form, enter your username, choose the FORGOT PASSWORD department and describe the problem in the free-text box. Once you are back in, add an e-mail in the member centre so the reset form works next time.
Cause two: the username is mistyped or misremembered
The reset form asks for a username, not a mobile number or a nickname. A single wrong letter sends the lookup nowhere.
The reset form cannot find your account
Retype the username slowly, and try the spellings you use on other sites. The JILIPARK register fields show that the username is the first thing you chose, so look in your notes or messages from the day you signed up.
JILIPARK login password forgot: the right dialog and tab
Sometimes the password is fine and the wrong tab is open. The Login and Register tabs share a dialog, and their fields look alike.
The password keeps failing on the Login tab
Check that the Login tab is selected and not Register, retype the password with caps lock off, and untick Remember if a saved entry on a shared device is filling in an old password. If the same error returns, use Forgot Password once rather than guessing again.

If the reset form and the cause checks above fail, the chat desk is the route. Send one clear message instead of several.
- Open Live Support, the left sidebar item on desktop, or Customer Service in the phone menu.
- Type your username in the form.
- Choose the FORGOT PASSWORD department.
- In the free-text box, write what you see: the exact words on the reset screen and what you already tried.
- Never type the password itself into the chat.
